Meet Antonia

From Harvard Law to venture capital, by way cosmetics.

Antonia started out on the safe path at Harvard Law School. Trained to spot risks before they could find her.

But she learned something there that most lawyers miss. Business savvy isn't just avoiding the wrong risks. Real growth comes from recognizing the right ones.

She turned down a six-figure corporate law offer for cosmetics. She spent a decade in strategy for luxury brands including Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Vera Wang, and Le Labo. The beauty business taught Antonia how the best brands make decisions, how leaders create culture, and what it takes to get a room of talented people to innovate.

She took those lessons into Venture For America, where she worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship and economic mobility. From there, corporate venture at Comcast NBCUniversal, where she worked at the scale where most people stop taking risks.

Today, Antonia is a Partner at Black Ops VC, a pre-seed and seed stage fund investing in technology founders. She's deployed $20M+ in capital and sits at the front line of new technology and the next generation of companies building it.

The Antonia Method channels this experience into speaking and strategic advisory for organizations that need someone who knows what deliberate risk looks like from the inside.

“My path hasn’t been traditional or linear but every chapter of my career has showed me how and when to take the right risks.

That perspective is what I bring to my clients and audiences — whether I’m helping a CEO scale with intention or guiding an operator through a strategic pivot.”
